Site selection and the desire for a subtle corporate image were major factors in the design of this building.  Heritage Propane is a quiet company and constructing their new building would have a considerable impact on their image.  Providing value to their customers, yet portraying a stable, solid image is fundamental.  Located at the north edge of the city of Helena is the second office building in a recently complete multi-use development.
